Vaporize

When a creature that has taken fire damage since last round is hit by a water spell that deals damage, the target takes additional fire damage equal to the spell's level. Also, if the creature was affected by a burning condition, it ends immediatelly. The DM has discretion to determine whether a creature is affected by a burning condition.
