Swirl

How wind spells behave against burning creatures.

If a creature is burning (recieving constant fire damage naturally or from a spell) and they are affected by a wind spell, the next instance of the damage is applied instantly to all creatures within 5 feet of the target. In case the source needed a saving throw to calculate it's damage, the save automatically fails for all affected creatures.

Also, if a wind spell affects a creature that is wet, creatures within 5 feet of the target also become wet.
